From a  traditional restaurant to a contemporary, upscale gastronomy with the most innovative premium steak concept of the city.

Pesas Allsteaks grew out of the traditional restaurant Haus Rösgen in Duisburg. Owner-operated, innovative and contemporary.
Our speciality is a 800° C Southbend barbecue steak grill from the United States.

This puts us among the pioneers in Germany. Thus, we became a modern premium steakhouse, in which classic international dishes are integrated.
We prepare our dishes only with flavors which nature itself provides, artificial flavors stay outside.

The origins of our meat

The lamb comes from Donal Russell, Scotland’s high and lowlands, in a class of its own. When it comes to poultry, we rely on the antibiotic-free KIKOK corn cockerel from the brothers Heiner and Werner Borgmeier from East Westphalia – poultry must be tasty. The pork comes from regional breeders from the Lower Rhine.
